Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a critical part of managing a bleeding disorder and HFA is here to help.

The Healthy Living Items Assistance program provides durable medical items (e.g., medical IDs, protective gear, brace, cooling/heating supplies, mobility support) and workout equipment throughout the year to individuals with a diagnosed bleeding disorders.

However, as often is the case, the bleeding disorders community has been more careful in adapting to these changes. This session will focus on the “yes, you can’s” not the “no, you can’ts” of exercising with a bleeding disorder.
